• Geographic Data Residency: In compliance with global data sovereignty policies, our primary Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) data hosting is configured on secure servers located in Dublin, Ireland (Europe Server), as outlined in our BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Physical Device Protections: All field-based workstations, laptops, and tablets are locked with biometric controls (FaceID/TouchID) and secured with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software permitting instant remote wipe in the event of theft or loss.

• Client & Project BIM Data: Retained for the active lifespan of the physical structure or as contractually agreed, enabling long-term facility management and warranty tracking through the Asset Information Model (AIM).
• Job Applications: Retained for up to two years after submission to evaluate candidates for future openings, unless deletion is requested.
