3.0 How We Use Your Information
We process your data to deliver "Integrated Design-Build Excellence" and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Primary uses include:

- Legal Obligation: To comply with municipal planning, structural integrity, and strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) laws.
5.0 Information Sharing and Disclosure

- Encryption Protocols: All data at rest is secured using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit utilizes TLS 1.2+ protocols.
- Access Control: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly mandated for all internal and external users accessing our CDE and communication hubs.
- Geographic Data Residency: In compliance with global data sovereignty policies, our primary Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) data hosting is configured on secure servers located in Dublin, Ireland (Europe Server), as outlined in our BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Physical Device Protections: All field-based workstations, laptops, and tablets are locked with biometric controls (FaceID/TouchID) and secured with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software permitting instant remote wipe in the event of theft or loss.
7.0 Data Retention
We retain your personal and project-related data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, structural liability, or reporting requirements.
- Client & Project BIM Data: Retained for the active lifespan of the physical structure or as contractually agreed, enabling long-term facility management and warranty tracking through the Asset Information Model (AIM).
